About The Event

In this workshop you will get evidence-based advice on how to keep your bones healthy and strong.  The workshop consists of a one-hour talk on how to support your bone health through nutrition and supplements, and a one-hour bone supporting yoga class where you will learn a short sequence that you can use daily to help keep your bones in optimal condition.

You will learn:

  • What happens to your bones as they age
  • How bone health is measured
  • What are the top bone friendly foods to eat
  • Which supplements should you be taking to keep your bones metabolising healthily
  • What are the best types of exercise for bone strength
