Through the power of nutrition, yoga, lifestyle, and the very latest in medical research, our team of renowned experts will guide you to a healthier, happier menopause – and the good news is, it’s not all bad!!
Join us for one, two or all three dedicated evenings, each focusing on different stages and symptoms of the menopause journey. We unravel the myths and provide you with the tools you need.
Whether you are in the first stages of perimenopause, bang smack in the middle of ‘the change’, or feel like you are coming out the other side, these essential evenings will support you to a more comfortable, manageable and healthy life.
Everyone is welcome to these fun, informative evenings – bring your daughters, wives, husbands, friends and colleagues – anyone who is struggling to understand or navigate these often choppy waters!
All sessions are live in the Blessed Cowshed studio to ensure you are safe to share in a private, supportive environment.
WEDNESDAY 23RD NOVEMBER: 6-8.30pm
FOCUS ON: HOT FLUSHES, NIGHT SWEATS and HRT: This evening will be led by nutritional therapist and menopause yoga teacher, Audrey Backhouse, with a live talk and Q& A session with Dr Katie Armstrong, a specialist in women’s health and the founder of Clinic51, a GP-led women’s health and menopause clinic.
• Gain a deeper understanding of what happens to your hormones during the menopause beyond them plummeting south! We will learn exactly why hot flushes and night sweats occur and how specific holistic lifestyle practices, supplements and herbs can help. • Explore the latest medical evidence on HRT and its role in helping with hot flushes, night sweats and other HRT symptoms – as well as giving you the tools to approach your own GP to discuss your menopause symptoms. • 45-minute menopause yoga practice, designed to flush toxins, reduce flashes and headaches, help maintain bone density and encourage good sleep (vital!).
MONDAY 28TH NOVEMBER: 6-8pm: MOOD, MIND and SLEEP
Our second workshop will focus on menopausal mood swings, anxiety, depression, and insomnia.
• Tools to manage stress, anxiety, brain fog and mood swings; exploring the routines – including this evening’s yoga flow – that will help you to that all-important, blissful night’s sleep.

WEDNESDAY 30th NOVEMBER: 6-8pm: POSTMENOPAUSE HEALTH – WHAT YOUR BODY NEEDS
Focus on what you need to know about staying healthy after menopause.
• Why heart health is the number one killer for women • Why bone health is called ‘the silent killer’ • What happens to our muscles as we age • What foods and supplements are best to take at this stage • What types of exercise will support our changing body’s changing needs • Scientifically-based top tips for managing healthy weight during these years
The evening will include a Menopause Yoga Practice focused on keeping building bone and muscle strength and your heart healthy.
