Style of Yoga

Classes are based on Baptiste Vinyasa Yoga that has its roots in the traditional Hatha and Iyengar yoga styles. Practices are grounded in the five pillars of breath, heat, flow, gaze and core stability. They are accessible to everybody regardless of fitness level, age, yoga experience or background. Each class focuses on ocean breathing (ujjayi), holding poses (asanas) and flowing between poses (vinyasa) to give a fully rounded practice which will help you:
